To Add Pictures To Word Document:

Click insert which is located on the main menu bar

Click on Picture
-
Now you have the following choices:

Clip Art
-
From File
-
Auto Shapes
-
Word Art
-
From Scanner or Camera
-
Chart
-
Clip Art
-
Within the clip art menu you can choose pictures, sounds,
and motion clips that are on file.

You can also add pictures, sounds and motion clips to each category or
create a new category.

To add a picture to a category just open that category and then paste picture
(Paste is located in the edit menu) or import clip.

To create a new category to customize your clip art catalog files with
more picture categories, click on new category, which is the first button
you see. Rename the file. Now you can add pictures by pasting or
importing clips.

To add pictures to the Word document, find the picture you want, click
on the picture, and click on the insert clip icon.

If you are connected to the web, clicking on Clips Online will take
you to the Microsoft Clip Art site.
